What markings would BD10s have on them so you can identify them?!

kent and piper all grind there cams and stamp them
burton use there own numbers

u cheeky fucker brom

mine has a load of numbers on it but none say bd10!!

Where bouts would bd10 be stamped on it???? when u say the end mate do u mean the flat end or on the main shaft?!

Trying to work out if mine are actually BD10s which i was told when i bought the car or just standard ones.............

lol Brom , nice one

On the bulkhead end of the cam is where they get stamped normally if theyre bought ones, a lot of people just re-grind std cams and dont bother tho .

Cheers Tony will have a look tomorrow or when i get some time, changing the inner cam seals and some other bits and peices due to an oil leak so was just curious really as their supposed 2 be 10s!!

You get my PM the other day bout the thermo housing btw mate?!

A Mike inspired answer....

Imagine you are walking through a door but when you swing the door open it hits a doorstop. If you look behind the door and that doorstop happens to be a camshaft then its most likely a BD10.
