Might not be everyones cup of tea but ever since I was a kid I always wanted to follow in my Dad's youngest brother's footsteps who went through about 13 of these babies including a few 930 turbos. Sadly about a month ago he died at 43 of a heart attack. 
Here's my '89 Carrera Targa Sport when I brought it completely standard when I was 22.
Then decided to make a 'few' changes to the engine and externior without going overboard.
Might not be the fastest car but soooo much fun to drive. Unlike the newer cars that have power steering etc you really have to do all of the work yourself and you can really feel the road and work it. Only problem is that if your not experienced it will not forgive you and bite...hence the adv Porsche driving lessons I decided to take a few years back.

Cheers Dom. Those were the days when I actually used to take home most of what I earned hence threw the money at the car's....my biggest passion. Now I am working in the IT sector and paying IR35 tax which means I am saving every penny to pay for the petrol. LOL

Wasnt long ago you were looking into buying the top secret r33 so I'm sure you'll manage with the optimax bills for the fest Shame I dont still work at the inland revenue or I could of sorted you out
They look soooo tough on deep dish wheels
