No it wouldn't be becouse of that
As you can see there is enough turbo cars wanting in on this and not all of them are going to be able to due to limited numbers, don't think it would go down well if one of them missed out for a non rst to enter

Fiesta RST - SE 1.9 CVH block, stage 2 T3 with .48 exhaust housing, Pro Alloy front mount IC, L8 Cossie management mapped by Ahmed Bayjoo at Grove, CTS stage 2(now the equivalent stage2+) 'box with Quaife ATB diff, Alcon 6 paddle clutch, coilovers - let me know if there's still room at all?

will be finally set up asap and then i can tell ya the end result of it
