Just noticed that not all 3dr sierra's have side indicators. How come?
Was this an option maybe?

 

All 3dr cosworth's should have them unless there motorsport shells or press cars from 1985 as everything after 1985 had to have them i believe that why some S1's got them and some not.Unless your talking plain 3dr sierra's that came out in 1982.

 

i'm talking about the cosworth 3dr, with sunroof, so no motorsport shell

So would say they maybe were an option like they were on the s1 i believe.

If you buy one for use over here you may still have to have side repeaters fitted as your using it on uk soil.Same as fitting a rear foglight to imports when they arrive here.Unless you know a friendly MOT station.

I thought about tremoving mine as it cleans up the side profile but didnt want grief at MOT time.

You could always fit some tasteful M3 mirrors with them built in indicators.

I think I'll find me a LHD one as this is much handier on European roads, because you don't see shit if you have to overtake another car in a RHD here in Belgium
Shame about those indicators though.
No BMW lookalike crap on my car, has to stay as original as possible, on the outside that is Engine will be tuned anyway.
