Once you've done it, come on over and give me a hand with mine
Good luck anyway (shame the search isn't working, cos that question's come up many times before).

Presuming the car is in the air and wheels off.....
1. Remove 2 17mm bolts and 1 19mm bolt at front of beam
2. Disconnect both rear shox from beam
3. Disconnect middle flexi brake pipe each side
This will give you enough "swing" to get the spring out with the aid of a big bar (to lever the beam down) and a 2nd person to remove the spring
Its a poop job to do but not impossible on the floor
Once all back together bleed rear brakes

Mike (boXXer), is your car running std height at the back at the mo ?
If so, and if someone can confirm that those springs will fit, etc... on a 2wd sapph, can I have them at a pretty price please ???
Oh, and if you come and help me fit them, you can have a cuppa tea too

Dropped the wheel off
Disconnected the rear strut
