Yea I do get pissed of with the younger girls! they r too clingy! & normally get the boot after 2 weeks!

The fact that you have felt it necessary to make such a post means that in my mind you are in no way ready to take on the experience of an older woman.
I think your obvious worry about your small penis and inexperience being a problem for her (as you know she won't be able to accept your usual "Yeah, all dicks are that small and yes, sex is only supposed to last 30 seconds", that your usual 14 year olds do accept, as they don't know any better); is justified....
