that stereo is just for the monitors... has a quality EQ as well.

the bad boys are those gemini active speakers. 15" subs and 3 horns per speaker. Peak power 1000w

my neighbours love me!

Haven't got a pic of my old setup on here, but it used to be 2 x 1210s, a Vestax mixer (can't remember part no, it's been so long), Huge Technics amp and some nice cabs......

I was quite fortunate though at Uni, because I used to work for the Ents dept, I used to get to practice on full blown systems three to four hours before a club night.

Dace - box above mixer - looks like loads of kills - you use em much?

Dave, will do. Did one today. Should be better

Rich, yeah, they kill the high, mids and lows... handy for when you're mixing two tunes that clash basslines etc.... Its got a funky sampler on it aswell!

Big up to the old man for knocking up the "booth" Superb work, got tired of my old shitty "desk" I had the SL's balancing on and doing my back in

Now the two peice monsta does the job well

12's & 626i Do the job

My PC, across the other side of the room, a 10MTR Phono to 3.5mm Jack to connect for recording / ntp broadcasts

fooking hell there all good setups

think the only part of my system i still got are me wem song brid speakers my caliber amp and 1 of me rack mount cd players, the rest was loaned to a neighbour and i moved house and never really see him, when i do the last thing i talk about is me decks

ive got some pics of it at me parents house of me 21st birthday when we used it all,

lost me technics headphones and me mini dic player on a train comming home from a pissup , fell asleep and got jacked

must admit ive got a quality space in me front room since ive moved the pc

do you guys use a pc for the mixing these days as standard

i rememebr when i bought me first pc to use cakewalk to write tunes,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, never fooking wrote 1

did learn that luniz "i got 5 on it" and oasis "wonderwall" mix class on top of each other and also a garage tune i had ( cant rememebr it now) and the simpsons "do the bartman" with it though but it was all from cd, didnt know ya could connect decks to em ( how ignorant must i seem )

2 x martin longthrow subs........[/quote]

Pete,

Martin 115 or 215 long throw bins????? ATC loaded or JBL?.........

I built the orignal proto-types for Dave Martin

And built the pre-production "phili-shave" (curved front) mid-range long throw horns (ATC 12" loaded)
