As everyone says, what happened?!

 

We were coming off a roundabout, with our 11 month old baby in the back, when a young lad decided to put his foot down to undertake us, he couldn't handle his car, hit our back passenger side bumper which made us swerve across infront of him, mount the pavement, hit a wall then the car rolled over & stayed on it's roof. We all got out ok though!
He's denying liability.

As soon as I got out of the car I wanted to kill him, especially when he turned around & said he didn't give a shit that my baby got out ok, he was just upset about his car, but if he learnt to drive first before trying to race real cars it wouldn't of happened!

Well, at least we are all ok, the car had only done 25k miles it was in tip top condition but was going in to have a few little touch ups on the paint work, needs a bloody miracle now! lol
