Default poly bushes

thinking about changing the 18 year old rubber soon

Is this a worth while mod as the labour wont be cheap Does it effect the ride at all, or is it just meant to stiffen up certain things

Also, Defle are a fraction of the cost of polythingy's But does this reflect in quality of fit/general quality?

thanks

put in the proflex(purple 1s) much muhc much much better fit & didnt pull out!

Its certainly stiffens the car up, mine was like a wandering boat before it changed
them all..

I used powerflex where it would be hard to replace them again and polysport
where it would be easier..

Not tried deflex yet tho..

Powerflex poly bushes are the only ones i would fit to my RST, all the "other" makes are complete crap IMO

Does make the whole car feel more sturdy when on the road and it does help when on track as the bodyroll is MUCH greater than any road use and the stiffer bushes limit the body roll when on track

bollox....nuthin wrong with deflex at all.

plenty of guys on here have em and have never had a problem, they've improved the mould since as well i think.
if you really want to pay for the name and use powerflex then you'll pay Ł300 for a full set i think, instead of Ł80 for deflex.
