Anyone want to tell me how fooked or not this is,or how much life it's got left....

Yeah, plenty meat, if its going back in rub the pressure plate and clutch plate down with some 600 wet and dry then spray break/clutch cleaner on it

Was on the car when i bought it,in Sept 95!! Has done apprx 53k since then,still going strong.
Is an AP item,non std AFAIK,well impressed.
