I know a lot of you guys have done it but I was never interested until I found out I need a bottom end rebuild

Just wondering whats needed and rough cost for replacing the cvh bottom end with a Zetec [not including labour]?

Is there a need for some custom/bodged parts e.g manifold, water + oil pipes.

Does management stay the same, need much tweaking other than a mapping session/set-up?

If it costs less than £50 I'll do it.

P.S. i was running 160bhp before and don't really intend to stretch that any further
