None of the current bids have met the price that they want yet so who knows what they would accept?

And you need to own one to realise there is not such a thing as a cheap cossie as you always end up sinking more into one than you think or planned

You are right Jay, I never bought mine as an investment but as a car to enjoy and drive! It's done nearly 112,000 miles now, when I bought it had 43,000 miles on it but who cares! The fun I have had with it and the buzz It has given me when humbling much more modern "performance" cars is what it's all about! It still get's a lot of attention when I take it to shows etc and for me it's still got the "WOW" factor under the bonnet and the "GO" factor when you put your foot down!!

Got to agree with you Glenn. To buy the likes of that saff and restore it to a decent standard having to replace bits like for like new would cost an absolute fortune nowadays and definitely out of reach to the average working enthusiast that’s for sure.
You never had your car valued now?? You should atleast just for insurance purposes

Agreed value Insurance is a must these days if you have got a really nice Saff or any classic Ford.
