Default Does this spark plug look rich?

Trying to sort out a P0171 error code (also have another code issue in this forum). This is a lean condition. I have checked for vacumm leaks with a smoke machine and found nothing. PCV valve is ok. Thought I would check the spark plug, expecting it to be dry, ie lean running condition. However from what I can tell they look like they are from an engine that is running rich? But not 100% sure. Can some one help on confirming my thoughts. If so, that would then lead me to think that the O2 sensor is faulty -
  • Oxygen Sensor– The P0171 codes is thrown when the oxygen sensor(s) do not register enough oxygen in the exhaust. When the oxygen sensor is bad, it can cause a false reading and trigger the code. The computer will still adjust the air/fuel mixture to compensate. This will cause the Ka to run rich.
Thoughts?

Trying to avoid pulling the fuel rail off if I can.

TMAP sensor looks to be reading ok. Pluged in laptop and reads 100kpa when off, which is about right. And reading goes up and down as expected when giving throttle.
