How much of a job is fitting the air con ? Wouldn't mind it fitting on my saph when I get it

I imagine you would need to be very careful with changing the airflow through the intercooler with the air con rad at the sort of levels your car is at, I imagine it would need to be mapped with it in place to take in to account any temp changes.

Its a bit of a job.. Dash out and weld in a panel , unless Rods car was an aircon model.

I have doen this on my 24v Sapph (twice). Pictures of what needs to be done to the bulk head are in my project thread. It’s quite a bit of work...

fitted ac in my saph ,was a lot of work.Used all the bits out of a ghia saph.
The compressor mount was a pain
