Depends on what sort of boost you want to run, standard engine will cope with some, but if you want to go making 300bhp or something then you need to start looking at rods and pistons etc.

I believe some people doint it on a budget go for secondhand vauxhall pistons?

Talk to the ZVH boys about the bottom end specs but just dont forget that its a case of getting the CR right for the different chabber size in the 16v head.

Phil, i dont go looking for attention the way you do mate, it just somehow seems to find me occasionally anyway.

But im quite content to mainly chat on here about technical stuff

To me this forum doesnt particuarly matter, its just one of a few forums i use, ive met some good mates off it etc, and i enjoy coming here, but its not the centre of my world or anything like it seems to be for you, and i dont rely on it for attention or acceptance or anything, i have a girlfriend and mates and stuff for that sort of thing (real people in the outside world are great mate, you should try it sometime )

Phil, Clare is a good example of one of my mates, she can see my faults etc but i do know for a FACT that if i ever needed anything i only have to pick up the phone and she will be there 100% to do anything in her power she can to help, just like i would for her.
Im quite lucky like that, ive got quite a few friends like that, including some more recent ones met on this forum too i believe, i honestly think i could rely on doug the same way even though ive only known him a short time for example.

PMSL, yeah fair enough, i did deserve it, but have you noticed that whenever me and you go out now i never have anything as sticky as orange juice anymore if im driving, i always get it watered down with lemonade instead, i was stickier than a schoolgirls knickers at a boyzone gig all the way home driving that night!
