Well I have done about 3000 miles in the car and just had its first issue, p0597 thermostat open circuit, some sort of electric nonsense thermostat in it, Audi wanted £600 ! But got it done at a specialist for £350, car was running fine but we're off to wales in the new year and didn't fancy a stuck shut stat hundreds of miles from home lol

Picking her up TMRW, I've got carista now aswell awesome tool that communicates instantly with my rs6 and the missus q7 via a phone app, I did buy a cheap OBD2 reader of eBay but its garbage just get communication error all the time

With the carista I can alter any settings so I've set the start/stop nonsense to default to off rather than on as they are from standard

I think there for any OBD2 car, £35 eBay tester did nothing, carista on my rs6 and the q7 just plug in and instantly communicate, £10 for the adapter, and £30 a year for the app, well worth it imo

Glen I've used my carista on Audi's, range rover, nissan, Volvo, vauxhall, Renault and ford
Has worked perfectly on every car I've tried it on so far
I bought a cheap eBay scanner for £30 and that didn't work once, I got a refund and the seller told me to bin it, great faith in his product lol

Only dropped into this thread as car is still perfect upto 34000 miles now, had new front discs this year but they were suprising cheap on eBay genuine Audi
Fitted a massive roof box on it today with Thule bars ready for our holiday

I bought a delphi tester in the end. It's ok but I wanted a tester so I could check for soot value in the dpf.

I've also just bought a Forscan too which is just for Fords..I've had a quick play with it and rather I'm doing something wrong or its shit lol.

Finally got some vbox figures for the rs6, took the roof box off first lol

i remembered sport mode for a change but no grip at 30 mph so all runs done at 50 mph + where I had grip

60-100 mph 3.4 seconds

And 100-200 kph 6.5 seconds

gtr does this in 4.74 seconds with 840 hp, and 4.2 seconds with 960 hp

Rs6 is heavier by 200ish kg, makes the most low end grunt but the least top end hp, undeniable evidence that screaming rpm hp wins races not torque Mr Shelby lol
