Default Focus ST2

hi I’m thinking of buying a st 2 but the cam belt has snapped. I was just wondering can it be fixed and how much would you say to fix the problem. It’s not been driven when the cam belt went it went when he started the motor

impossible to know if theres damage apart from the valves but ball park is Ł1000+, st2s are at rock bottom prices so unless its a steal I would look elsewhere

You would be very lucky if there is not major damage to the engine. If it was a cheap easy fix why has the owner not done it? He just wants to get shot of it and unless its REALLY cheap look elsewhere for a proper running car.
