Default 4x4sapphire cosworth ABS wiring

Hi
I rebuilding my 4x4 sapphire cosworth
I am retro fitting Aircon
Is there an extra hole in the bulkhead on a AC car for the wiring to go through or is doubled up with the Heated front screen wires
Also would anyone have a picture with the dash out of how all the wiring is routed
Cheers Tim

There is no extra hole in the bulkhead for AC wiring. On the car that i stole AC from, the wiring was integrated with the engine loom. hoping that mine will work when i connect it up as it was a bit of a mess

Interested to see how you get on with this as I'm thinking of fitting aircon and heated seats in the future. Post some pics please!

Default 4x4 Aircon Conversion

Hi Three pictures of the AC conversion to the bulkhead
Holes cut in the bulkhead
Bowl spot welded in and view from under bonnet

I still have the section of the bulkhead I cut out as a template if you want it
then you will only need to obtain the metal bowl to weld in and the two mounting brackets either side of it on the engine side.

Best of luck Tim.

Sound Tim...all in good time I guess. In fairness it looks like a nice job you're doing. Keep up the good work
