Exclamation Ford focus st2.5 Cambelt broken Help!!!

So i was driving last night on the freeway at about 120 km/h, then i heard a funny sound lost all power on my car engine was off. When i opend my bonet it looked like my engine shifted inside the compartment, the engine was also hanging low.(I called a lowbed to tow me) My cambelt seems to be broken as its loose. can anyone please give me advice on this? if you guys maybe have some advice as i dont know anything about engines. How bad is the damage?

I have the same car as you, That's a very expensive fix since if I'm right and basically new engine or internals

There's a place just north of you according to google maps.
Let them have a look at it. If you stopped driving immediately it might not be so bad. A couple of bent valves at the least. Who knows until it's properly look at.

That sounds bad but why did the engine move inside the compartment and thanks

Maybe an engine mount went that then in turn made the cambelt slip?

Just wanted to let you know, what we found was that the left mounting broke and the engine tilted onto the cambelt causing the cambelt to break. I took in the car today so they can strip and get me a quotation. Thanks for the advice.Will let you guys know how bad the damage was .
