Hi guys,im planning on going from zvh to zetec turbo,there is no decomp plate so i think ive got machined pistons that im thinking of swapping for forged ones,does anyone know of any mods that need to be reversed or undone to the block to replace the cvh head with the 16v zetec head? Also how do I tell what block I have?

Oil gallery's will need unblocking if they were blocked. Not sure what will need doing where the water pump attaches, might need the holes that are drilled for cvh water pump blocking.

Blacktop engine the oil filter screws onto the engine and has a 2 piece sump. Silvertop has a single piece sump and the oil filter attaches to the oil pump.
