Default Rs2000 mk6 what full suspension???

Hi I'm unsure what full suspension kits to buy for my mk6 Rs2000 and how low looks best? What to go for???? And the most reasonable Im not sure what to look for budget is around £300 but obviously cheaper the better thoughts please??? Thank you

When you say full suspension kit what are you thinking of, coil overs or struts and lowered springs? I think you will be lucky to get a full set up for £300 or less. Dont get tempted to buy some unknown cheap brand as like all things you get what you pay for.

As above, be careful with stuff at the cheaper end of the market, as it is often worse than standard. For £300, if you want new, I'd almost be tempted to go for new OEM dampers (good quality ones) with some Eibach springs if you can still get them for the Escort.

Or keep an eye out for some bargain used higher end coilovers with low miles on them.

agree with above cheaper end of scale is not always a wise move on these cars, good quality springs on decent shocks is best way to do it

Agree decent shocks and springs will do the job just fine. Mines dropped 30mm just about right

I fitted a PI kit to my mk5 and it was fine, bought it from potn years ago, was fairly cheap iirc
