You have to declare it when you sell it again which puts a lot of people off and prices are usually considerably less than normal retail so make sure you compensate for this if you buy one.
You can buy decent vehicles for very good money, just make sure you check the details from the current owner (if it was stolen from them) whether it was damaged, and or to what extent.
