Big disc upgrade 2wd Cosworth
#2
I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
I had a kit years ago
Where you got 330 discs/bells/brackets /calipar spacers ( you had to split the calipar and
Put wider spacer blocks in )
It was from a company in north London

Seem to recall HiSpec doing a kit at some point.
The st170 disc doesnt have enough offset for the front iirc. you could look at mk1 focus rs 324mm disc?
As said, mock up a kit for yourself - then get a local fab shop to cut out your brackets etc

The mk1 Focus RS discs can be used, they are close to the offset of the 2wd cosworth and are 324x28 mm. But why bother with the standard 4 pot calipers? There are brackets available to use with BMW E38 4 pot Brembo calipers that normally run on 316x28 mm discs, so they are a good fit to the Focus RS discs. The radius of the Cosworth 4 pots is probably not right for the much bigger 330 mm discs.

As said above you can use mk1 frs discs but you may as well use e38 brembos. You could use the std 4 pots but they will need to be spaced apart to fit 28mm thick discs.
I looked into this before and found that bmw x3 discs are a close offset and are 25mm thick so will fit in the std caliper. They will of course need to be drilled to the correct stud pattern and you'll need a spigot ring to centre it on the hub.
My reason for doing this was to get bigger brakes behind rs7 spoke wheels. I had it mocked up on the car but never got round to getting proper brackets made up although it did all fit behind the wheel

If your were adamant in keep the standard calipers you could use focus RS discs and get some adaptor brackets made up for the standard calipers...

not quite what you are asking bit this might be helpful!
324mm rs focus discs can be used with standard sierra or escos calipers under 16" wheels with a few mods. a little grinding on the caliper carrier and some on the actual caliper itself does the job and you have around 6-8mm clearance between caliper and wheel. you also need to take 2mm of the pad material.
i realise that this is some way from what you are asking but make the point as 16" wheels typically prevent use of the 324mm discs if you are going to use alloy calipers. cast steel / iron calipers have less depth above the disk diameter. you need a 1mm spacer between the drive flange / disk to clear the track rod end and an 11mm spacer for the caliper carrier from the original hub mount holes as well as an extender bracket. cheap, easy and effective mod for an escos or standrd sierra stup so might be helpful for the 4 pots too.
alos consider that uprated pads may not be available for other options
