Iv read quite a lot a bout cams for my 1.8 Zvh and it's quite confusing to which is the best way to go, I'm not chasing numbers, looking to achieve 200-220hp everything else is there more than cable of that figure.
What I don't want is an unreliable car and from what Iv read cam shafts are a bit of A problem ?
Do I dial the original one in or replace it with a Newman and solid lifters or some other make?

The spec, 1.8 Zvh, stage 3 turbo, front mount intercooler, omex 600, waisted spark,470cc injectors, full mongoose and k & n ect .....
Any help much appreciated.
