Default Ford Focus Titanium X Electrical Issues

Hi all hope someone can be nice enough to help or at least have experianced such a problem. Its truly got me stumped.
I have a 2012 Ford Focus Titanium X
The problem I have/had is it keeps blowing the main beam fuse.
I have went through about 3/4 fuses, My next theory was it was shorting so I looked for any signs shorting etc, even isolated the wiring to find which light etc was causing this to happen in the first place, I have removed the head lights and looked at since its fairly easy to remove and check all. However upon installation my main beam fuse has not blown (yet, been about a week now), However as soon as this was done my sidelights(dipped beam) don't work at all. I have re-taken both lights out and checked cables checked lights/bulbs etc, cannot seem to find the problem.
Has anyone else had a similar problem or even better a solution to this (that doesn't involve getting rid of car lol).
Also don't know if it would matter but it has xenon's, auto level adjustment as well as auto lights.

I really am at a loss, It has been taken to auto electrician to who gave up also.

Thanks in advance.
