BC and IB5 oil grades ???

BC and IB5 oil grades ???

BC's are 80 - 90 and IB5's are 75 - 90, the internals are basically the same apart from the bigger bearings, am I better off using 75 - 90 in my Rebuilt BC or stick with 80 - 90.
