digital camera labour prices
took mine in to get it fixed today and do you know it costs £50 a hour labour costs for a digital camera to be repaired in the uk (in taiwan its done for "rice" money apprently!)
so i bought a new one instead - fook paying a minimum of £100 for a 2 hour jobbie when you can get a decent new one for £100 (so i thought fook it, and spent £300 on a new one - woo hoo
)
i just cant believe that with teh amoutn of people with digital camera's now days the labour costs that much

£50/hr - 49.95 to cover shipping to taiwan, and 5p for him to fix it 
You have done exactly what they want though and bought a new one. I bet you thought hard (or actually bought) the extended warranty as well didn't you? Sucks.
