Ford focus rear brake pad change...
Right guys, happy Easter to all for starters.
Yet again, I've been persuaded to help a taxi driver mate out on Easter holiday Monday.. He's got a 2012 model Ford focus sw with a 1.6 tdci lump and disc brakes all around.
I've got to change the rear pads so I'm asking advice from anyone who's done one, l never have.
Anyway, anything I need to watch out for? Electric hand brake? Special tools? Any special procedure seeing as it also has park assist too?
Thanks as usual guys.

Assuming they're similar to mine you can wind them in with pliers and pushing in but it was hard work. Pretty sure they wind in clockwise iirc. The pads will also probably have a tab on them that aligns with the notch in the piston at the 12 o clock position so make sure the piston has a notch around 12 o clock when you finish winding
