Hi everyone,
I thought i'd ask Here before getting into a nightmare similar to
That bloody Hyundai ballsack i had the misfortune to touch..
Mercedes class a 170 cdi clutch change, diy or no chance without a 4 post lift?
Easy? Engine out job? Nasty duel mass flywheel to chance Too?
As usual, i have to do the job without help but have Got Engine crane, jacks, garage and an idiot character that never says no..
Advice please People.
Cheers.

Nearly 8 hours on autodata. Sure I've read on a mechanics forum it's engine and box out together, merc dealers have a cradle/table that it all attaches to so car can be separated. Bit of a shit job from the sound of it.

Working at an independent merc garage i can confirm everything has to come out. we made a meter square qube out of some box section to rest the subframe on. In fairness it to bad of a job youve just got to keep ploding on with it.
