After my previous A3 TDI Sport Quattro i dont think ill ever buy a diesel again. Fucking hateful things.

You cant have performance and economy, so only you will need to decide what you want.

Because im a tight git with a old sierra which is enough of a money pit lol. On a serious note the girlfriend has a mk2 focus RS which is averaging 26mpg.

Yea id have one in a shot if it was just for weekends etc but id need it as a daily so i will have a think about it, I have a cossie as weekend car so dont want to be spending loads on a daily car.
