Default vauxhall aftersales service to laugh it...

4 weeks ago my 63 plate combo van broke down with a fuel injector bracket snapping causing the injector to blow out the rail. its getting fixed under warranty.
4 weeks on and half a dozen calls by me chasing it up( they never phone back when after they've said they will) theyre apparently still waiting on the new part after originally saying it was 7 days.( injector mounting bracket)
now today theyre saying it was only booked in on the 19th December so it hasn't been in 4 weeks.
I have a copy of the AA breakdown receipt and a facebook picture showing me getting towed in back in November.

what a shambles of an aftersales service they offer!

What did you buy a Vauxhall for?

That does suck to be honest though, I'd be going mental

This makes their lifetime/100,000m warranty look a bit of joke

Don't tar them all with the same brush. I run a really friendly and efficient vauxhall service dept! Remember vauxhall dealers are franchises.....so its simply the business you went to that has done badly. But yeah.

I would be fuming if it were my van.
