My sony dab radio in my 62 plate focus has a serial number beginning with Z.

Most sites only give codes for m or v serials.

Do i even need one ? Cant see anybody offering to unlock z codes.

I have read a forum though with 2011 kugas sony dab and they got a 4 digit code with it.

New shape focus's don't have a radio code,neither do fiestas. The units won't fit anything else so there's no point.

 

The sat nav units in mk4 mondeos are coded to the ecu so need reprogramming before putting in another car, not sure weather this is the case?
