As above my parents have a 07 S Max Titanium on which the remote central locking isn't working and when you do unlock the car with the key the alarm goes off, and also the car is fitted with a 6006 cdc headunit but it won't accept cd's anymore, is there anyway to reset the unit?

 

Have you tried a new battery in the key fob?

 

Yes tried that, but both remote keys stopped working within a few days of each other, try reprogramming them but nothing happens.

 

Do you get the beep from the car to say it's in programming mode when you try and do the keys? Unplug the radio for a couple of minutes and see if that helps. If not it's probably dead.
