Anyone able to help weld a sill repair on my old Primera GT?

Located near Woking (can drop off within an hours drive).

Car is not worth much but would like to keep it going another couple of years.

Half the off side sill is rotten and the rot goes back into the rear arch/floor so it's more than just a patch.

Looking to get it done between now and before Xmas.
