Fuel rail return pipe removal

Hi
Can someone please help and advise me how to remove the fuel return pipe clamp off the fuel rail. I need to change my fuel rail

rail pipes

i have the original red ford type tool for this but you can buy kits from china that can be made to work-like plastic olives-split,give it a dunt and it should pull off
