Question Any MOT TESTERS ON??

Need some advice if ya can..

Bonnet mechanism on my focus has shat itself, now I can open it
using screw driver but not the key as whole lots in bin


Is it a MOT fail like this??

Its a 56 plate ST if it makes any odds at all...

Hi mate I mot quite a few fords with this problem, if u present the screwdriver to the mot tester that u use to open it or u can open it

Top man, I've no chance of sorting it before test hence I asked...

Now too find a 6ft long screw driver lol

Lol no worries. Seemed like a good idea by ford at the start untill they started going wrong. Mind u I suppose it's easier than if a cable was to snap with the bonnet shut,
That can turn into a bloody nightmare

Believe me mate cable is nowt compared too the cunt bollox 2hrs its taken
to get in the bastard, two of us at it, was a total arse of a job hence I asked the question as this will be its fix for a few weeks sadly..

Just need the bastard legal for work ffs

Lol yeah I've done a few myself now, I remember the first one I did I was like what the fook am I gonna do with this lol
