Im fitting a mtx75 gbox in my rs1600i, box and shafts are in just got to put the cables in and was wondering how has people run their's ? Do you go through the bulkhead under the rack or do you go through the floor and run them under and up?

Also do the cables come apart or do i have to cut a big hole. How have you done yours?

Cut the hole in the floor about 12" infront of gear stick .the cables have a mounting plate on the so cut the hole a little smaller than that then bolt it to floor .

 

That's how i pretty much did it on my xr2 back in the day.
