Default Help Fitting Grey's Needed...

Got to fit a set of grey injectors to my car this weekend, can someone
tell me how they fit them. I know someone had a picture of an
injector with the fitting kit on it, any chance someone can post that up?

Injectors have a blue shroud on the end (not I don't mean the covers)....

You need to cut the blue shroud off carefully.

How do you mount the yellow "thing" at the bottom of the injetctor? Is the blue "thing" supposed to be pulled off before mounting the fittingkit?

sirmark, you dont need the caps only the metal washers and rubber o rings, some people drill the ends off and fit them, i (well karl norris did it for me) just binned them as have many others

Drill a 7mm hole in the bottom of them is my advice as they also retain the spacer and rubber in the correct position.

Ok. Now I'm totally confused. What is it I'm supposed to drill a hole in? The yellow cap?
Is the blue shroud supposed to be cut off at the top (all of it)?

thanks mate

Why is it that the yellow cap isn't made with a 7 mm hole from the beginning....
So I cut all of the blue shroud off or am I supposed to leave some where the o ring and the spacer is being placed?

I know I ask a lot, sorry! But I just want to make sure that I do it right, because afterwards it's to late

sirmark......take off the blue shroud...leave cap off,the reason it aint the correct size is cause the injector is not for a cossie!!! ....on this part use 2 rubber o-rings to ensure a nice seal proof fit....on the top use the metal spacer and 1 o-ring.
