I'm sure I read somewhere that you can do it?

Does anyone have a link? I can't find it anywhere on www.dvla.gov.uk !!

as long as your car is less than three years old it can be done off the dvla website , all insurance is linked to PNC m8 , and mot will be as soon a vosa get there fingers out
