What have you booked? I've done a few of these experience days, rallying, supercar driving etc. Always left rather underwhelmed.


Unless it's good money you normally are in a group of about 20 and will spend 5 minutes at the most behind the wheel.

Done a few, rally, super car etc and like Richie says I too felt underwhelmed. But the single seater experience at silverstone is by far the best, driving a car with proper down force is awesome!

I get a choice of 'present' from work every year, one of the choices is an experience day, which, as mentioned already seems like it might be a bit of a disappointment...?

Me and the mrs did a Lotus Exige experience at Silverstone, as a wedding present to each other, that was really good, especially scaring the shit of of the instructor when I spun it into the gravel trap from however fast flat out in fourth is in an Exige!?
Met Chris and Stefan Hodgetts too...

Yes I did that as well and even with it raining it wasn't too bad, came fourth after 3 people that was regulars.

One of my friends I went to school with is a director for red letter days, he's always abroad for events or at boxing matches.
