hi all ive got a ford focus 1.8 tdci estate with 111k which has got a misfire when cold but runs sweet as a nut when warm. had the injectors checked / spill check, new fuel filter, new fuel regulator but still no joy, the garage don't have a clue, anybody seen or heard anything like this before? nothing coming up on diagnostic's either

Are the glow plugs healthy?

Compression check might be a good shout.
