right my mate has just phoned safety devices for a roll cage for his rover gti but they only make one for a non sunroof model and its for the championshp rovers

but they want just under £800 and this cage goes everywhere

what hes looking at as its a road car but will be used on track and strip aswell

is a 6 point bolt in cage for his car

nothing fancy but would want one in steel not alloy as this is for protection aswell

does anyone know of anyone who can make one from scratch cheaper or has one they can make for this car

any help much appriciated

what sort of Rover ?

if its a rover 100 an MG metro cage fits just fine, its a tight fit with a sunroof but not really a problem.

Safety devices are the best bet for good value, I wouldn't fit an OMP roll cage on a pedal car ... they can be very poorly made
