Default Stack st700 issue

Need help with my stack tac/display I have it set to display oil press and temp but I can not get the pressure to read correctly, what ever I do it just reads 99.9 bar or 999 psi tried every setting swapping the wires on the sensor but just get the same, every once in a while it seams to rest it self starts at zero and then counts back up to 99.

Try grounding the body of the sensor, if you are using some form of take off plate that's not grounded to the engine the gauges won't read.

The sensor is fitted into a block adaptor where the normal oil pressure switch would be, it was fitted with a bit of hermetite round it so I guess it could be insulating it.
