Default Sapphire sill/Arch repair help please

looking for some help from you lads that have done Resto`s on saffs,

i know this isnt bad but i want it repaired PERMENANTLY sooner rather than later as sideskirts totally cover the sills and are bonded on, never to be removed again!

what sort of work, money etc is involved in this?

i no longer have a welder, and by the time i buy one it might be just as simple to pay someone to do the work for me.

much help in advance, these are the only scabby bits on the car, as you can see the underside is delightfullly clean but will be getting bare metal`d, 3M`d and painted when it gets converted to Supra diff etc

want them doing before it gets covered with sideskirts as i will never be selling the car, will leave it to my son.

Cheers, Sean.

Im in Braintree, Essex if anyone wants a look etc?
