The whitest/brightest white
as per title, does anyone know what white is the brightest?

White basecoat tinter.... its pure white. White "colours" have minute amounts of blue, yellow, reds, blacks etc in them.

Would clever use of tinters not fool the eye into thinking its brighter?

My mate wanted the brightest white and the painter just sprayed it unmixed white. It's very white!

Audi Ibis white is supposed to be one of the whiter whites.
