right I have called him once again this morning and its straight onto answer machine, same as usual, his missus phone rings out too, same as it has been every day this week and the week before! I even sent the missus a text to say tell Mikey I was going to cops cos I was sick of being messed about. (surely someone would normally reply to that even if they had missed the calls)

No I haven't received the payment. He sent me a screenshot of him paying £500 from his account details to a recipient that was my name but it didn't have any of my account details. So as far as im concerned he could have just moved money from one of his accounts to another.

Now since I have been offshore for 14yrs I happen to know a lot of guys in Aberdeenshire and a couple had said that they would go round and see what was happening for me to save me driving from Glasgow to Peterhead/mintlaw I have told them not to worry about it as I don't want them being put out from you wasting my time, I will be coming up myself.

I like it how you spent all that time typing out all this but didn't bother to pick up the phone and let me know you had other things going on this week. I have an ex too mate and I know how much a pain they can be. I've done it all too. All you needed to do was a quick call and say "the ex has screwed me through the CSA , very sorry about this, I will try and get you your money through another way, very sorry" I would have understood that. But ignoring all the calls message's etc. sounds like your dodging me and through this I have heard fo all sorts of other stories about you too, which I might add I haven't put on here.......

That doesn't make any sense. The names on the card's are different, and the HSBC card is a UK card, the blue one is a US Chase bank card. Not to mention the replacement card has an expiry date that seems to be 5 years before the expiry of the blue card....

He will have selected a date in the future that he can edit/delete. It says on the payment will be processed on the date you selected on his "proof of payment" not we have processed the payment.

The gent who bought the car with NO top end rattle has been trying to get hold of him to sort out as the car was the normal Mikey Buc standard underneath. He did his usual and ignored it.

Well I got my hubs sent out once I opened up a paypal dispute but they were 100% not sent out a week or so previous when he told me they HAD been posted.
