For your lights I would try changing the relay, other than that it could be the light stalk?

For the key fob, do all your doors open when you operate the central locking from the key in the door?

Warning lights are usually an advisory on an MOT, however if this causes the brakes to operate in effectively then you will fail the MOT.

A.B.S light on is a fail as is any light connected with the brakes, E.S.P and T.C.

You or someone will need to plug in a scanner to identify the A.B.S fault, most likely a wheel sensor.

Remove the brake light bulbs one at a time and put them back in after rotating them through 180 degrees so that the "other" terminals make the connections

Before taking everything apart

my cousin had this on his cavalier, every time he pressed the brake pedal the headlights would flash, swapping the bulbs around solved the issue

The twin filament bulbs should be idiot proof as they have offset pins so should only fit in one way, I have seen so many different cars where the owner has either forced them in the wrong way wround or just fitted completely the wrong bulb, which causes havoc between the brake and lighting circuits.
