Front Suspension on a Mk2 Escort 1.3 Ghia
Does a 79 mk2 Escort 1.3 ghia with standard suspension have swappable inserts or are they a sealed McPherson strut?
If swappable insert what would you recommend to keep it standard looking?

Back in the old days I had a 1976 1.3GL and a 1980 1.6 Ghia and they both came with sealed units. That was in 1980 and 1984 respectively so neither were likely to have had the original suspenson changed before I got them.
