Right.. I looked at numerious threads a while ago and bought all the bits to fit it to my 1.8 focus zetec mk1. And what a surprise, it's not a straight fit!

The carrier fitted to the st knuckle, the caliper fitted to the carrier. But.. Due to the Mondeo's brake hose thread pointing the opposite way to the focus (Focus faces upwards towards arch, Mondeo towards floor), the hose is now too short. I can turn lock to lock but the hose is almost kinked, and then on opposite lock the hose has to rub against the driveshaft!

Has everyone else come to this problem and what did you do to get round it?
