Will the seats from a saff cossie fit in a escort cossie?
that is both front and back seats?
if so how much work is needed?

I dont think so mate, for a start the escort Cossie seats fold forwards to let passengers sit in the back 
The back seats will also require heavy alteration because the rear door cards and the latching mechanisms are in completely the wrong place.
I'd recon you could get them to fit, but it wouldn't be worth the aggro.
